How much does a videographer cost in the UK?
Most UK videographers charge £500 to £1,500 a day for a single operator, with editing charged on top, and a single-day corporate event highlight film typically costs £1,000 to £2,500. Our packages bundle filming and editing into one fixed price: £425 for a 2-hour express shoot, £645 for a half day, £1,295 for a full day, and £1,395 for a full-day wedding.
How quickly will I get my video?
Raw footage arrives within 24 hours. Edited films follow in 5 working days for Express, 7 for Half and Full Day, and 15 for campaigns. Event highlights can be delivered the next working day, and 48-hour express delivery is available on most packages.
Do you charge for travel?
Full-day and campaign shoots include travel anywhere in mainland UK. Half-day shoots include travel within 50 miles of our nearest crew, then 45p per mile. Northern Ireland, the islands and overnight stays are quoted separately.
What's included in the price?
Planning, filming, editing, colour grading, licensed music, the agreed number of revisions and full commercial usage rights. You get downloadable files in the formats you need, including vertical versions for social.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for business shoots, though we can often film within 48 hours. Weddings usually book six to twelve months ahead, especially for Saturdays between May and September.
Are you insured and is the drone legal?
Yes. We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and drone work is flown by a pilot holding a CAA operator ID and A2 CofC. Certificates are available on request.
What are your payment terms?
A 20% deposit secures your date. The remaining 80% is due after the shoot, before final delivery. You can pay by bank transfer or card, and business invoices include VAT details.
Do I get the raw footage?
Yes. Raw files are included with Express, Full Day and event bookings and arrive within 24 hours of the shoot via a secure download link.
What if the videographer is ill on the day?
We keep a network of vetted UK videographers. If your videographer can't attend, we send a replacement of the same standard and tell you straight away.
What happens if our event runs late?
We'll keep filming. Overtime is £100 per extra hour, agreed with you on the day and added to the final invoice.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. If your event is postponed, your deposit moves to the new date. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Who owns the finished video?
You do. Once the balance is paid, you get full commercial rights to use the video anywhere, including paid ads.
Can you take photos at the same time?
Yes. Add event photography for £225 and we'll capture edited stills alongside the video, or add a dedicated photographer for larger events.
What if I don't like the edit?
Every package includes at least two rounds of revisions. You leave timestamped notes on the online review link and we make the changes, usually within two working days.
